Abstract
Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) has shown to be a safe and effective treatment in chronic pain management of neuropathic pain conditions, including complex regional pain syndrome. Even though there are rarely reported cases of epidural bleeding or hematoma after the implantation of SCS, this procedure is classified as a high-risk procedure for bleeding, especially in patients with bleeding disorders such as Hemophilia A. In the present case, an implantation of SCS was done successfully to the patient with hemophilia A.
